Maps, Rules, Permits

Prohibited Use

  • Motor vehicles (e.g. snowmobiles, motorcycles, etc.)

  • Horses

  • Camping

  • Fires

  • Climbing on structures (e.g. bridges)

  • Hunting or trapping

  • Firearms usage

  • Kites (due to power lines along the trail)

Recommendations / Permitted Uses

  • Yield to pedestrians

  • Wheels keep right

  • Walkers and pets keep to right for visibility

  • Announce "passing" and use caution

  • Use short pet leashes (maximum 6 feet)

  • Keep trail clean

  • Wear a helmet

  • Use lights and reflective wear at dusk/dark

  • Respect private property

  • Enjoy running, walking, biking, rollerblading, cross county skiing, snow-shoeing, and other non-motor vehicle uses
